Dusty is the scruffy Australian-accented drummer of Oscar's "alternative" Grouch band that appeared in a 2001 episode of Sesame Street. Angered that the other members won't let him start off in playing music, he decides to quit the group. Elmo becomes the replacement drummer under the grouchy guidance of Oscar, Grundgetta, Slam and Phooey Louie.
