Koch Records, originally an Austria-based distributor of classical music, is now the largest independent distributor of recorded music in the United States of America. It was announced in November 2007 that the company had signed a deal with Sesame Workshop to produce Sesame Street audio titles.[1] The company had previously released Fraggle Rockin': A Collection.
In 2008, the first Sesame titles debuted, which were re-issues of earlier albums.
