El libro de las preguntas ("The Book of Questions") is a series of fifteen Plaza Sésamo books published by Cuatro Media Inc. in 2006. Each 64-page volume focuses on a specific topic related to either science (such as animals, ecology, or the human body) or social studies — countries, for instance.

Each page (sometimes a pair of) presents a question children might have or find interesting about that topic. Beneath the question is a brief answer, often preceded by a large "SÍ" or "NO," followed by a longer, more detailed explanation. The pages are illustrated with photos and clip art of Sesame Street characters, including the main Plaza Sésamo trio of Abelardo Montoya, Pancho Contreras, and Lola, who make occasional comments in speech bubbles.

Aside from the aforementioned trio, other characters include Big Bird, Bert, Ernie, Elmo, Zoe, Cookie Monster, Grover (and his Super Grover persona), Oscar the Grouch, Count von Count, Rosita, Telly Monster, Prairie Dawn, Baby Bear, and Mr. Snuffleupagus.

Titles in the series (ISBN 9972-217-03-5) consist of Los Animales I, El Universo, La Tierra, El Mar, Los Sentidos, El Cuerpo Humano, Los Inventos, La Naturaleza, Los Objetos, Las Plantas, Los Animales II, Curiosidades (renamed Variedades in some editions), La Ecología, Países y Costumbres, and La Ciencia.

The series has been released in both paperback and hardcover formats, with the latter sometimes including two small die-cut character puppets. It has also been published in Spain by Ediciones Folio, S.A. and under the Barrio Sésamo brand, in which the Plaza Sésamo trio is retained rather than replaced by local Barrio Sésamo characters.
