Elack's Pilot appears in the first three episodes of Farscape season four — "Crichton Kicks," "Sacrifice," and "Resurrection."
The elderly Pilot and her Leviathan Elack have been together for over 350 years. Prior to their bonding, Pilot gave birth to six children. Gentle and kind, although very weak, Pilot has accepted that her time has come, and she and Elack travel to the sacred Leviathan burial space to die.
However, John Crichton's unexpected arrival complicates her plans. In spite of this, Pilot does not hesitate to help him. In her own words, "Perhaps in passing we can serve some purpose for others," which earns her the moniker "The Mother Teresa of the Uncharted Territories" from Crichton.
After Crichton helps save Elack from the Grudeks, Pilot offers to take him to Arnessk to find his friends, even though that means leaving the Sacred Space. At Arnessk, Crichton and company find themselves targeted by Peacekeepers. In a final act of heroism, Elack and her Pilot sacrifice themselves to destroy a fleet of Marauder ships, saving her newfound friends.
