An Elder of the Nertron Galactric Federation accompanies High Elder Prissy in the Aliens in the Family episode "Respect Your Elders." The nameless elder is rather diminutive, easily carried by Prissy, and has powers of flight. He's also attracted to Earth women, flirting with Sally and later with high school cheerleader Tiffany Kendall. He picks up the latter's "valley" speak.
The puppet would be recycled as Bocktoo Zones on Brats of the Lost Nebula.
