Electrical Contractor, an industry magazine published by the National Electrical Contractors Association, featured Kermit the Frog on the cover of the November 2005 issue.
The appearance was partially a promotion of Kermit's 50th Anniversary, and loosely connected to an article about promoting environmental certification of buildings, or encouraging contractors to ensure their projects are "green." For the occasion, Kermit was dressed in a yellow tie decorated with tiny hard hats.
