Elise Allen is a screenwriter and author, known best for her book series Gabby Duran and the Unsittables (which was adapted as a series for the Disney Channel in 2019).
Allen served as a writer for Donna's Day (which featured several Muppet appearances), and co-wrote The Muppets Kitchen with Cat Cora with Craig Shemin.[1]
Her role extends to other works by the Jim Henson Company, including scripting episodes for Animal Jam, Sid the Science Kid, Dinosaur Train, The Possibility Shop, as well the Enchanted Sisters book series (co-written with Halle Stanford).
Allen's other works include several direct-to-video Barbie films, Rainbow Rangers, and The Lion Guard (in which she also provided the voice for Kulinda in "Ono and the Egg").
