Guess what Elmo's thinking about today? | Elmo puts on a black mullet wig, then a blonde beehive wig, and then a large rainbow afro to show he's thinking about hair today. A montage follows of kids and people with different types of hair and styles. |

The Noodle Family | Mr. Noodle's brother Mr. Noodle brushes his hair with a paintbrush, a broom, and a toothbrush before finally using a hairbrush. Kids and Baby | Kids show how they use different tools to groom their hair - a brush, a comb, and a pick. Elmo asks a baby with a baby hairbrush, but notices that babies don't have a lot of hair! |

Quiz | Elmo asks questions about what has hair and what doesn't. Birthday cakes don't have hair; neither do mailboxes, though Elmo compliments an Elvis-esque mailbox (voiced by Kevin Clash). Horses have horse hair. A Muppet tortoise (Matt Vogel) appears with a black pompadour wig at first, then makes a quip about "The Tortoise and the Hair." |

Film | Elmo (sporting a body-length straight blonde wig and bowler hat à la Cousin Itt) narrates as his friend Joseph and his mom go to a barber shop for Joseph to get his first haircut. Elmo shows that he also got a haircut - his hair is down to a short bob. He also observes that Mr. Noodle is continuing to brush his surprisingly long hair. |

TV Cartoon | The Hair Channel shows The Kingdom Where Everybody's Hair Looked The Same. A king demands that everyone in his kingdom sport the same grey locks he has, until one girl with very unique hair has him realize just how special different hairstyles are. Coming up next: From Hair to Eternity and When Hairy Met Sally. |

Tickle Me Land | Dorothy imagines Elmo in the story of "Rapunzel." Elmo (dressed as Rapunzel) lets his hair down for a pompous yet goofy prince (John Tartaglia) to climb. Elmo puts the wig on the prince, slides down the braids, and exits, leaving the prince stuck in the tower. |

Home Video | Elmo shows a video he made where he finds Bert (Frank Oz) with flat hair after showering. He ruffles Bert's hair while Bert protests that he needs to "put some gunk" on it to keep it styled. |

The Hair Song | Elmo and Rapunzel (with her hair rolled up into a tall bouffant after a trip to the beauty parlor) sing the "Hair Song." |
