The Noodle Family | Mr. Noodle (against a plainer background than later episodes) puts his hat on his elbow, upside-down on his head, then puts the hat on the floor and tries to somersault into it but it gets stuck to his bottom. Eventually he magically suspends it in midair and then jumps up into it, but has difficulty getting back down. |

Kids and Baby | Kids show how they put on hats; Elmo gives a hat to a baby, who waves it in the air. |

Elmo's Question | Elmo asks the viewer to help him count how many gallons of water fit into a 10-gallon hat (eleven!). |

Quiz | Elmo asks who wears hats and who doesn't. Mailboxes don't, and birthday cakes don't, but kids at birthday parties do. Guinea pigs don't (but they look snazzy in them) and Grover doesn't usually, but Super Grover does. |

Tickle Me Land | Dorothy imagines Elmo playing baseball catching a home run (spinning himself crazily around a wood beam on a fence), working at a construction site wearing a hardhat as he uses a jackhammer, doing a magic act with a top hat (pulling Benny out of it), and being shot out of a cannon during a circus show while wearing a crash helmet. |

Home Video | Elmo shows a video he made called How To Keep Your Hat Warm - you just put another hat on it! |

The Hat Song | Elmo sings the "Hat Song" with the viewer. |
Notes[]
- The Quiz segment was edited for its release on Head to Toe with Elmo. The music cue of "Anything Goes" is replaced with the "Jingle Bells" tune (used to close every episode), and the birthday cake and guinea pig sections are cut out entirely.
- At the end of the segment, Elmo sings "That's Elmo's Song!" rather than "That's Elmo's World!"
