Elmo & Mr. Noodle (& Dorothy, too!) is a set of plush made by Fisher-Price in 2002. Elmo and Mr. Noodle (or rather, Mr. Noodle's brother, Mr. Noodle) are plush while Dorothy is plastic.
The plastic Dorothy would later be released by Fisher-Price in a set of Elmo's World PVC figures in 2004.
