Elmore is the pet woodchuck of Mrs. Maloy, as seen in Episode 3376 of Sesame Street.
His owner brings him to the Sesame Street bus stop to go downtown, a favorite thing of his. He quickly becomes fascinated with Benny Rabbit's teeth, even more so when he sees how he can squeak them. He begs Benny to teach him how to do that. Elmore struggles a bit, but never fully finishes the lesson as he boards the downtown bus soon after. Benny, intending to catch the bus, never makes it on board, too distracted by his lesson.
The same puppet for Elmore previously appeared in "The Woodchuck Song" as Mr. Woodchuck (also performed by Linz).
