Elwood is the jester to King Lindy of Lime. He's the one that goes to check out King Noogle of Nug. Yertle the Turtle tells the king that Elwood is a spy. So Elwood is thrown into jail by the guards.
He appeared in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The King's Beard."
The puppet's face is the same pattern as Sue Snue, except for his eyelids, a light purple.
