Cartoon / Muppets Alice Braithwaite Goodyshoes is standing next to a bathtub full of water. She is dry. A monster appears and throws the water at her, causing her to be wet, and then kisses her. "Bleah!" she says.
Ernie & Bert β€” Ernie and Bert watch the Alice cartoon on TV, and Ernie laughs when he sees Alice being kissed by the monster. Bert says Ernie wouldn't think it was so funny if a monster kissed him. Beautiful Day Monster appears, and kisses Ernie, who says, "Bleah!" Bert laughs.

Cartoon "Poverty H": A red man tries to think of words that begin with H, but a yellow man keeps spewing them out until Red draws a hole under Yellow, who yells "HELP!!"

Muppets Broken Ukulele, Part 1: Ernie Ernie encounters a sobbing Beautiful Day Monster, who is crying because his ukulele is broken. Ernie shows him a few things one can do with a broken ukulele, but that doesn't stop the monster from crying. Ernie then offers to fix the ukulele.

SCENE 7 In the kitchen, Susan and the kids look at some pictures and figure out what's wrong with them. Gordon enters and gives her a rose that he just got from a flower salesman. He recalls that Tony was there as well, buying flowers for Lulu, who's back in town …
Muppets Tony sings "Lulu's Back in Town". Lulu turns out to be the Beautiful Day Monster, with a wig.
