SCENE 1 As Gordon welcomes the viewer, Big Bird claims he's the best letter writer on the block. They soon hear an airplane, look up and see Alphabet Bates skywrite the letter F, which becomes the letter E with an additional line.

Muppets Kermit's Lectures: Kermit talks about the letter F. He wanted an F, but someone sent him an E. A monster asks what the difference is between E and F, and then solves Kermit’s problem by eating the bottom line of the E so Kermit can talk about F.
