SCENE 1 Tom leaves Hooper's Store briefly to mail a letter. He returns to find the ice cream bin left open, while on the counter lays the drippy scoop, a dime and a yellow feather. Tom puts the clues together and suspects Big Bird is responsible. Big Bird comes by for an ice cream cone, but denies Tom's allegations. The culprit turns out to be an Anything Muppet woman with a large, yellow-feathered cap, who returns for the feather she lost.
