While in Big Bird’s nest area, Snuffy throws the ball over the doors, and can’t figure out how to get it back. Rafael and Tom approach from the outside and find the ball, assuming Big Bird left it there for them. They lean against the doors and wait for Big Bird, when Snuffy taps Rafael on the shoulder with his snuffle. Rafael assumes Tom tapped him, which Tom denies. Snuffy then taps Tom’s shoulder, and the same thing happens. Big Bird then comes back, and is about to introduce Snuffy to Tom and Rafael, but before he opens the door, Snuffy leaves, feeling ashamed that he lost Big Bird’s ball. Big Bird opens the door, only to find no Snuffleupagus. | |
