Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Tom asks the viewer what kind of weather Sesame Street is experiencing. He points to frost on the window and snow on the newsstand, indicating a snowfall has hit the street.
Cartoon Panels flip to reveal different ways things WALK.

SCENE 2 Molly sees a sled left out in the sidewalk. She claims she hasn't ridden one in ages and feels very tempted to do it now, but feels embarrassed. Gordon happens by as she tries to ride it and offers to give her a push.
Muppets Western: Four Anything Muppet cowboys put up a Wanted poster for "the Great Cookie Thief", who's been stealing cookies from all the bakeries in these here parts. Cookie Monster is standing in front of the poster, and the others suspect that he's the Great Cookie Thief -- he has the same googly eyes, the same blue fur, and the same Western hat. They confront Cookie Monster, but he denies the charge: "Not have same mustache!" He shouts, "Look over there!" -- and while they're distracted, he draws a mustache on the poster. They apologize -- but then Cookie Monster takes off his hat, and cookies fall out. The Great Cookie Thief makes his escape.

Muppets Kermit's Lectures: Kermit explains how to read crosswalk signals in order to cross the street. The sign keeps changing throughout his demonstration, so he gets frustrated and says no one will show how to cross the street. As he leaves, the sign sprouts legs and crosses on its own.

SCENE 4 Oscar plans on throwing a handful of snow down somebody's neck. Luis provides the perfect oppertunity, but he catches wise and tells Oscar to think about what would happen if he went through with it. Oscar imagines tricking Luis, but everyone gets angry and throws snow at him. Oscar snaps out of it and tells Luis to keep his friends away from him.

Muppets Ernie & Bert β€” Ernie comes from finishing his bath, and tells Bert that there's something that he forgot. Bert asks if he's washed behind his ears, his neck, and his elbows. Finally, Ernie remembers that he forgot to turn off the water in the tub -- as the water level rises.

SCENE 8 Big Bird has cleared the front of the store by shoveling the snow to the front of the Fix-It Shop instead. He offers Luis to shovel in front of his store too.

SCENE 9 Big Bird shovels the snow in front of the Fix-It Shop, now piling it in front of Hooper's. Tom complains, as does Luis when Big Bird starts the process again. They both insist Big Bird figure out someplace out of the way he can move the snow. Big Bird figures out he can put it on both store's awnings.
Animation A number 9 looks for a house with his number on it.

SCENE 10 Big Bird has cleared the sidewalk, as both Tom and Luis come out to close their awnings due to the stop in snowfall. Big Bird tries to stop them, but they both end up covered with snow.
Cartoon A man explains the letter R with a radio. Once he starts singing, the radio decides to turn him off by tweaking his nose.
