Ernie then reveals that they are going to the beach.
SCENE 2 | Big Bird, playing Roadrunner, comes up to Luis outside the Fix-It Shop. Luis wonders aloud to Big Bird what must be taking Rafael so long delivering a TV to Mr. Anguilla. Since Luis can't imagine what could have happened to him, Big Bird does it for him: he first pictures Rafael tripping and falling over a small trash can (with sound effects breakage), then plugging in the TV set which explodes in Rafael's face.
Luis suspects Rafael stayed to watch the big game, at which point a cheerful Rafael arrives. He reveals that he returned the TV, turned it on, the game was on, and he had to stay and watch some of it. Big Bird is overjoyed at the news... so he can go to Mr. Anguilla's and watch the exciting game. Luis and Rafael exchange looks and Spanish comments on Big Bird's mentality: Rafael thinks he is "tan poco tocada de la cabeza" (a little touched in the head).
