Snuffy decides to help water the flowers, but squirts Luis with his snuffle, making him think that Bob squirted him with the hose. Luis takes the hose, but Snuffy tries to help again and hits Bob with some water. The two men get angry with each other and refuse to work together, but after they prepare to leave they are surprised to see that somehow the flowers got watered anyway while their backs were turned.
