SCENE 1 On another snowy day, Big Bird leads David into Hooper's Store because he made a present for him. Inside, they find an American Flyer wagon filled with water, a scarf, some cork pieces and a carrot. Big Bird says he made a snowman, and imagines that the snowman (Luis in a costume) got bored waiting for David and left, leaving some of his items and filling the wagon with water. David explains that the snowman melted, but Big Bird thinks that the leftover things are still better than no present at all.

Muppets Ernie & Bert — Ernie tries to put a pot on Bert's head. Bert asks Ernie why he's doing that, and Ernie says that he broke a cookie jar. Ernie has to put the cookies somewhere, so he put them in the sugar bowl – and put the sugar in the flowerpot, which meant that he had to put the flower in a milk bottle. He put the milk in the soda bottle, and the soda into the fishbowl, and the fish in Bert's cowboy hat. Bert asks, "Now what am I gonna wear when I wanna play cowboy?" Ernie puts the pot on Bert's head and says, "Ride 'em, cowboy, Bert!"

Sherlock comes to the conclusion that Bob must be Cookie Monster, due to the cookies in the bag. Cookie Monster comes and eats the cookies from the bag, so Sherlock realizes that Bob can't be Cookie Monster. Bob then introduces himself, and Sherlock asks if Bob has cookies left that he may have. As Bob finds another cookie, Cookie Monster comes and takes it.

David points out that sand makes it harder to slip on a snow-covered walkway, which means Oscar is doing a favor for the foot traffic. Oscar is disappointed, but still determined to find something rotten to do.

He thanks Oscar for doing so, because it means that customers won't slip and fall when coming inside out of the snow. Oscar gets desperate to do something rotten, and tosses Luis's sawdust bucket around in frustration. Luis says that's a rotten thing to do, which satisfies Oscar.
