Big Bird looks in his nest for something that rhymes with “man.” Snuffy returns, this time with his giant trash can (previously seen in Episode 0415). Big Bird goes to fetch Susan so he can show her the can, while Snuffy decides to go back home and pretend to be the Moon. Susan wonders where Big Bird got the can, still denying the existence of the Snuffleupagus. Frustrated by Susan's skepticism, Big Bird exclaims that the can was really filled with potato salad and dropped off by fourteen Pickle-People, who sent it from their flying saucer and flew away while whistling “The Eyes of Texas are Upon You.” Susan thinks that's a more believable answer than the Snuffleupagus, and Big Bird slowly bangs his head upon the trash can in dissappointment. | |
