Muppets Ernie is a coach for his baseball team of three balls. In front of him are three small caps and a huge cap. Each of the balls tries on the big cap and gets completely covered up. Ernie puts the small caps on them, and they're ready to start. As Ernie wonders where that huge cap came from, a basketball named Big Bill (captain of the opposing team) bounces in, demanding his cap back. Ernie ends up postponing the game once he sees the competition.

SCENE 3 Oscar and Kate have arrived by now. Kate observes as Gordon uses the sink, remembers what it was like when she was a little girl, back when there was no running water โ€“ only outdoor pumps. Oscar doesnโ€™t think itโ€™s such an inconvenience to fetch water from outside, but the others disagree with him. In an attempt to prove them wrong, Oscar proceeds to fetch some water from his trash can.

Cast Wally and Ralph buy a large jar of glue. The jar was unlabeled, so they get a label reading "Glue." But they cannot figure out how to get the label to stick to the jar. At one point, they accidentally spill some glue on the table; they use the label to wipe it up. Still with no solution, they decide to go out to dinner. So they put the label somewhere (on the jar!) and leave.
