She knocks on the can to ask what it's about, and Oscar indignantly tells her that he's tired of people banging on his can to get his attention. In its place he has installed a doorbell, which makes an elegant Big Ben-type chime that Susan likes. She tells Luis about it, who in return tells Gordon, who tells Bob, who tells Kate and the kids. Each person visiting takes a turn pressing and listening to the pleasant doorbell, irritating Oscar even further since they don't have anything else but compliments on how the bell sounds. Oscar decides to put in a better one, though...
