	SCENE 1	Riding his delivery cart, Mr. Hooper stops in front of Oscar as he begins to conduct an orchestra inside his trash can, the Grouch Philharmonic. Instead of musical instruments, the members of the orchestra make the sounds of a train played by Melbourne, an airplane played by Brisbane, and a fire engine played by Tasmania.

	SCENE 2	Maria, Big Bird, and some kids are out on the street looking for things that start with the letter S. Big Bird can't think of anything as quickly as the kids are finding them, so he goes his nest where Mr. Snuffleupagus offers to retrieve some things from his cave that start with S.

	SCENE 3	Snuffy brings some giant items back from his cave: a sailboat, a bar of soap, and a suitcase. Snuffy also points out that Snuffleupagus begins with S, so Big Bird asks him to hide so he can surprise Maria. Big Bird brings Maria into his nest area so she can meet Snuffy, but he's nowhere to be seen. Big Bird insists that he's hiding and will come out soon. After Maria scoffs and leaves the nest, Snuffy jumps out and yells, "Surprise!"

Now, the clock chimes continuously so that the Count can continue counting them.
