SCENE 1 | Sam the Robot reports to David that he has been programmed to talk about near. Unfortunately, this means that he points out everything that is near him, disturbing David as he tries to sweep up the front of Hooper's Store. David gets an idea, and pretends that Sam doesn't know what far means. Sam takes this as a challenge, and rolls farther and farther away from him - so far that he calls David on the phone to tell him so. |
