	SCENE 2 cont'd	Luis holds the house as Big Bird hammers the final nail into the wood, completing the birdhouse. Moments later, Fenwick Bird arrives and Big Bird realizes another thing he forgot to plan for - the fact that little Fenwick has aged into a large bird who is now much too big for the birdhouse. He decides to give the birdhouse to Luis for his pet parakeet instead before he leaves with Fenwick toward his nest.

The others see how Herkimer resembles his city cousin, both in looks and attitude.

Bob is surprised when Oscar appears from his normal can and soon becomes very confused and agitated as each Grouch pops up one at a time telling him different things.
