After Mr. Hooper lists a few things in the store that it could be, Big Bird remembers that it rhymes with door — Gordon needs help with the door. Mr. Hooper and Big Bird rush over to the top of the steps at 123 Sesame Street to help Gordon with the door, but they're too late and he drops his boxes, breaking them.
