SCENE 1 | Maria and Susan have Willard, Karen and Cathy stand against a large sheet of brown paper, and use chalk to draw the kids' outlines. They demonstrate big, bigger, and biggest with the finished result when Big Bird arrives, admiring their work. Once the grown-ups leave, Mr. Snuffleupagus shows up and observes the artwork, and Big Bird gets the idea to do an outline of Snuffy next. He and the kids begin to put up a new piece of paper as Snuffy tries to contain his excitement. |
