Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 The Count counts the various items at Hooper's Store while David tries to study. To distract him from counting so much, David suggests that the Count find something else that he may enjoy, like rhyming. The Count is starting to get the hang of it when David suggests he finds words that rhyme with "tree." He comes to regret this request, as the Count not only thinks of endless rhyming words. but counts each one.

SCENE 4 Oscar complains as the wild party inside his can continues: the crowd now includes Grover, Cookie Monster (who eats the icebox), Sam the Robot, and The Count. The adults see a big guy with brown hair and a big nose (sticking out of the can), but assume he must be one of Oscar's friends. Maria asks Oscar to get more refreshments. He resists at first, but then realizes they'll all have tummy aches in the morning from all their eating. As the closing theme kicks in, David leads the others in announcing the sponsors. Big Bird tells his friends that Snuffy is around here somewhere, but they brush him off. Snuffy, who's been at the party unnoticed for three hours, announces the CTW slogan.

CLOSING SIGNS Oscar and The Count hold the Sesame Street sign, while David and Maria hold the Children's Television Workshop sign.
