Mr. Hooper serves a chocolate/vanilla sundae to Farley, who rejects the sundae because Mr. Hooper put the vanilla on the bottom, whereas David puts it on the top. Next, Gordon enters to pick up some hot dogs, and asks for mustard on them, but Mr. Hooper accidentally puts whipped cream on them instead. Gordon rejects the hot dogs, but Oscar takes them for the Grouch party he's having.
