Bob teases him by offering milk and tickling him, then sees that he wants to sleep. When “baby” Oscar tries to go to sleep, Bob sings a lullaby while the others rock his carriage, further disgusting him.

SCENE 4 In the Fix-it Shop, Luis eats a hamburger while listening to country-western music on the radio. Big Bird comes in with a postcard from his friend, Pedro Parakeet in South America. The postcard is in Spanish, so he asks Luis to read it for him. Reading it gives Luis fond memories of where he grew up: they ate tacos instead of hamburgers, listened to Latin music, and everyone spoke Spanish. Luis would like to go back there and see his friends, but he is then reminded of all the friends he has here on Sesame Street.
