Big Bird decides to paint it for “midnight,” but Luis explains it's daytime. Big Bird decides to have “macaroni and meatballs” for lunch, which Luis reminds Big Bird that birds don't eat. Luis lists several more M words that he likes, and Big Bird decides to give the M to him since he'll have more use for it. | |

He continues to count to ten, with the echo repeating the numbers back in Spanish. Frustrated, he shouts, "How are you?" "¡Muy bien, gracias!" is the reply. He hangs up a sign bearing a red cross, pretending to be a doctor. When the gang goes to investigate this Oscar examines Bob and Susan, making up a bunch of diseases like the greeblies and the lumps, and the only ailment is to stay home and keep quiet. David catches on and begins to examine Oscar, diagnosing him with the “quiet wobbles,” which can only be cured by being around people making lots of noise, so the gang goes back to playing catch. | |

Oscar instructs them not to sing unless he points to them with his baton, but he instead chooses to point to the doors, the sky, and other silent things. They catch on to his trick, and when Oscar leaves to "conduct" his kitchen the others startle him by loudly singing their notes at the same time into his can. | |
