SCENE 3 Next, Snuffy wants to practice being afraid. Big Bird tells him to wait while he goes out, and approaches Gordon and Susan for help. They don’t want to help an “imaginary” friend, so instead, Big Bird makes scary noises outside, which Snuffy hears, making him so scared that he runs away. Big Bird enters with Gordon and Susan, and finds that Snuffy has run away. Big Bird is frustrated at first, but then realizes he may have scared Snuffy away, and runs after him.
