Maria still doesn't believe him as the music she just heard was beautifully performed. Oscar knows this; as the conductor, it's his job to help them jumble the music up, and he leads the band in playing a piercing, tone-deaf orchestration that makes Maria leave. | |

Oscar (Gordon) tends the counter as Oscar (Luis) and Oscar (Maria) order food when Oscar (the Grouch) tries to get some service. The phone rings, and Oscar (Gordon) responds to someone inviting Oscar to a Grouch party; since his name is also Oscar, Oscar (Gordon) declines the offer as Oscar (the Grouch) frets. A deliveryman (Richard Hunt) has a bag of rocks to deliver to Oscar, but everybody claims to be Oscar! | |
