	SCENE 4	Luis has been having some trouble in the Fix-It Shop, so he's feeling grouchy. When Big Bird passes by the window whistling, it cheers him up. Luis tells Big Bird that it's nice to have birds like him in the city to make pretty music, which gives Big Bird an idea...
	Cartoon	Two boys notice a D, saying it looks fat. A resonant voice (Gary Owens) informs them that it's the letter D. This leads to a jazzy story about a dog who digs for dice, wins a duck, and buys a dinosaur with a dime. Moral: "If you dig a dinosaur, drop your duck for a dime." (First: Episode 0016)

	SCENE 5	Big Bird returns with some posters he's made listing the Fix-It Shop's phone number for his new DIAL-A-BIRD service. The phone rings with his first customer to whom Big Bird sings over the phone. Luis tells him that's not hwat he meant when he said Big Bird could use the phone. Big Bird realizes his mistake and leaves, and Luis gets a call with a DIAL-A-BIRD request.

	Muppets	Bob tries to sneak a bag of cookies home, without getting noticed by Cookie Monster, he encounters Sherlock Hemlock who has not seen Bob before and tries to figure out who he is. He comes to the conclusion that he have to be Cookie Monster, due to the cookies in the bag. The Cookie Monster comes and eats the cookies from the back, so Sherlock sees that Bob can't be Cookie Monster. Bob then introduces himself, and Sherlock asks if he has another cookie he can have, as Bob finds another cookie Cookie Monster comes and takes it. (First: Episode 0223)
	SCENE 6	Big Bird returns to the Fix-It Shop to continue taking DIAL-A-BIRD calls.
