SCENE 1 While walking down Sesame Street, Big Bird overhears his friends’ conversations. Bob and Susan talk about someone who’s “tall and cute, but awkward” and “bumps into everything.” In the Fix-it Shop, Luis complains about all the feathers on the floor. In Hooper's Store, Maria talks on the phone about getting rid of a nest; she’s sure no one’s gonna need it. Big Bird assumes he is no longer wanted around here, and goes home to pack.
