SCENE 5 Oscar hates the sight of Maria and Buffy laughing about an article in the newspaper, so he decides to do something about it. He pokes Buffy on the shoulder, leading Buffy to believe that Maria poked her. Oscar hopes this will lead to a heated argument between the two, but they get wise to his trick. The women assure Oscar that if he wants them to yell, all he has to do is ask. They both start yelling at him immediately. Oscar: "I think I'm in love twice."
