Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Oscar gets up in the morning after a very windy night. He sees the wind has blown paper all over the block. He wants to collect it for his own stash, but is still too tired to do so. He sees Maria and the kids come outside and thinks he can trick them into doing his work. He points out the litter to the group and provides them with a paper bag to collect the paper in. However, they take it all to the recycling center, leaving Oscar with nothing.

SCENE 3 Bob sees that Oscar is in possession of a magic stoplight, courtesy of the Amazing Mumford. With it, Oscar is able to free anyone he wants, as well as make them go forward or in reverse. He has lots of fun doing this to the kids and Maria until Mumford, able to divine his misdeeds from far away, magically takes back the gadget.

Natalie plans to break the usual cow stereotype by doing this jump. After the cat plays a fanfare on his fiddle, she makes the jump and crash lands back to Earth, where she is praised and congratulated for her jump.
