COLD OPEN During the "Sesame Street Theme," the cast (Bob, Gordon, Susan, Mr. Hooper, Big Bird and two kids carrying Oscar's trash can) appears hiking through the woods.

SCENE 1 Everyone arrives at the campsite, ready to make dinner. Big Bird doesn't see a stove anywhere and learns they can cook with fire, which he always assumed was dangerous. Susan explains how for grown-ups who are careful, fire can be useful. However, nobody has any matches, so they try the ol' adage of rubbing two sticks together. Big Bird observes, "I knew that fire was dangerous, but I didn't know it was so dull, too."
Doctor-monster
Muppets Cookie Monster asks Ernie if he has any cookies. Ernie says that he doesn't have any cookies but an apple and he can't give the apple to him because "an apple a day will keep the doctor away." Later Cookie Monster comes disguised as Doctor Monster and gives Ernie a medical checkup. After the checkup, Ernie asks what he owes Doctor Monster. By sheer coincidence, his bill is one apple.
