Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Luis finds Oscar using an old CB radio, which Oscar has repurposed as a GB radio (GB for Grouch Band). Using the nickname "Bum Steer," he communicates with fellow Grouch "Rotten Egg" about trading some trash. "Rotten Egg" (Jerry Nelson) turns out to be radioing him from right behind his can.

SCENE 4 Everyone has heard the Count has his thunder back. Maria warns of what will happen, but the Count shows off anyhow by counting the kids: John-John and Leslie. When he starts counting, there's loud thunder, followed by more rain, which causes everyone to seek shelter elsewhere. Big Bird announces the sponsors.

CLOSING SIGNS Maria holds the Sesame Street sign, while Susan holds the Children's Television Workshop sign.
