When the gang goes to investigate this Oscar examines Bob and Susan, making up a bunch of diseases like the greeblies and the lumps, and the only ailment is to stay home and keep quiet. David catches on and begins to examine Oscar, diagnosing him with the “quiet wobbles,” which can only be cured by being around people making lots of noise, so the gang goes back to playing catch. | |

Oscar instructs them not to sing unless he points to them with his baton, but he instead chooses to point to the doors, the sky, and other silent things. They catch on to his trick, and when Oscar leaves to "conduct" his kitchen the others startle him by loudly singing their notes at the same time into his can. | |
