He put the milk in the soda bottle, and the soda into the fishbowl, and the fish in Bert's cowboy hat. Bert asks, "Now what am I gonna wear when I wanna play cowboy?" Tim then blows up a big balloon which begins to send him floating toward the sky (thanks to the others lifting him).
