SCENE 1 | Big Bird and the kids are about to take a nap over at Big Bird's nest, but Herry Monster points out that the street is too noisy. Herry yells for all the traffic to keep it down, and the car noises immediately cease! He does the same when he hears a boat whistle and a passing jet plane - he even gets the ambient noises of Sesame Street to completely stop! Herry decides to join them in taking a nap and settles onto a nearby fence, but his loud snoring keeps everybody awake. |

When Susan comes along, she takes offense and accuses Gordon of overstuffing the bags. Oscar soon grows impatient with their arguing and demands that they give him the trash no matter who is to blame. Instead, they refuse to do so because of his bad behavior, and make up with each other as they take the trash elsewhere. An irate Oscar comments, "From now on, no more Mr. Nice Guy!" |
