SCENE 1 | Gordon drops off his broken mixer at the Fix-it Shop, where Luis tells him his special plans for today. In response to a suggestion from Susan, he is going to build a birdhouse to put up on Sesame Street, and shows Gordon the blueprint he made for it. Big Bird saunters in (temporarily getting jammed in the doorway when Gordon exits) and Luis consults his bird expertise on the subject. Big Bird gives some suggestions - a bigger door, shutters and a windowbox for the window, a railing, and a mini American eagle over the doorway. Luis expects to finish building it today and Big Bird runs off excitedly, not hearing who the birdhouse is for; he thinks it'll be for him! | |
