Iver doesn't feel good and doesn't want to play "I Spy" or do anything else at all. Tula stumbles onto a question for today's Hoob News: "How can we help Iver feel better when he's not very well?"
Inspired by videos of Peeps playing games, Groove and Tula suggest he run around and chase them, but that makes him feel worse and he starts shivering. Tula visits some Tiddlypeeps who think Iver might have a cold. Iver snuggles into a Hooby Pod to warm up and rest but he soon starts sneezing, much to the others' amusement.
Tula wonders where the cold came from, so Hubba Hubba shares a story. In the Land of the Rosy Noses, Small Rosy Nose felt unimportant until a huge sneeze revealed his nose could be louder than all the others. Though his sneeze spread a cold, it made him stand out and earned the other noses' admiration.
To stop Iver from sneezing everywhere, Tula gives him a small, pink rag from Groove's collection of small, pink raggedy things. However, he starts getting hot and his throat becomes sore. Roma reports from the Sahara Desert and explains how she drinks water to stay cool. Tula gives Iver some water and he starts feeling better. The Hoobs sing "Nasty Cold."
Although he's a bit better, Iver is now bored. Tula visits the Tiddlypeeps to find ways to cheer him up. They make Iver some get-well cards and give Tula a storybook to take back to the Hoobmobile. Iver, despite his sneezing, then presents Hoob News with his friends.
