SCENE 1 The adults discuss some transportation, as Big Bird tries to guess what they're talking about. He thinks they're discussing a noisy, underground worm, but it's actually the subway. He asks if he can join them on the train, as he needs to visit his friend Petula Pigeon downtown. They all head out, with Big Bird commenting that he hopes they avoid that large, noisy worm.

Because of the noise, the elderly Muppet change attendant misunderstands Luis' requests and thinks he's instead talking about the weather. Luis ends up missing the train and the attendant finally understands what Luis was asking for.
