SCENE 1 | Oscar has applied a new sign to his trash can reading: "Grouch Area - No Singing, Laughing, Playing, Dancing or Fun Allowed." After showing it to the viewer, he goes back inside to retrieve his bullhorn so he can call everyone over to see his new rule. In the process, he slams his can shut which causes the "NO" to fall off the sign. When he comes back out, he calls David, Bob, Linda, Timi, and the kids over so they can read the sign and goes back into his can. The others immediately obey the sign and start doing all the things the sign was supposed to forbid in the yard. |

Linda responds by grabbing and shaking Oscar, who claims she's beautiful when she's angry... which results in Linda shoving him back into his can. |

Everyone (literally) blows it except for Linda, who signs the sentence. |
