When Mr. Hooper returns, Big Bird explains the situation - Snuffy was able to dry the paint, but now all the papers have been blown all over the place.

However, it also revealed that the crew received directions from Big Bird, who mistakenly confirmed that the plans to build under Mr. Looper's store on Sassafras Street meant to build under Mr. Hooper's store.

CLOSING SIGNS A kid holds up the Sesame Street sign, while David holds up the CTW sign at the end.
