SCENE 1 Buffy is taking Cody over to the Day Care Center while she packs up to head back home. Big Bird learns that Maria is helping out there today and wants to help out as well. He starts by escorting Cody over to day care, though Buffy wonders if Maria will be in over her head...

SCENE 1 cont'd At the center, Big Bird follows Maria around and "assists" her by essentially repeating everything she says to the kids. Maria suggests that he help serve them some juice, which he agrees to do after taking a look at the block pile that Jeffrey is playing with. Maria ends up passing out the juice instead, while Big Bird (now wrapped up in playing with blocks) asks for a cup and wonders what they'll play next.
