SCENE 4 Mr. Snuffleupagus has some water wings on, ready to go swimming. But first, the water wings must be inflated. Big Bird plugs in the pump and as he continues reading the directions, the wings fill up with air and lift Snuffy up off the ground. Big Bird can't see Snuffy anywhere and asks the grown-ups to help look. They hear the sound of laughter and think this is all a big joke Big Bird is playing and leave. Snuffy reveals his location and that he was laughing because of the water wings tickling him.
